Hi I’m getting married 23rd September in Windermere, I’m struggling finding someone to do my hair and make up. I live in South Shields so it’s quite difficult sorting everything out being so far away. Does anyone know or has anyone used a makeup artist and hair stylist from over that way?

Not sure if you've sorted it yet but we're getting married in Ullswater and we have been recommended a few if you haven't tried them yet:
- The Hair and Make Up Lady, Kelly is based Preston but travels up that way
- Keseme Goodwin - make up
- Makeup by Polly
- Blusch Makeup Artisty
- Love & Hair Bridal
- Greg Malloy Hairdressing - not sure how far out he is but Windermere isn't far from where we're getting married
Hope that helps in some way if you're not sorted yet! Speak to your venue aswell, ours recommended some and also put us in touch with other brides from the same venue that had used people
