Yes I agree both fantastic work, I have book Charlotte for some of my clients weddings.

I have seen Charlotte at a few wedding fayres now and she is just lovely, however, unfortunately I cant say the same about Melanie, I emailed her before Xmas and she advised that she was sending a booking form to me which never turned up and then emailed me a few weeks ago to see where her depsoit was to which I answered that as soon as I receive a form from her I would send her the deposit, unfortunately still waiting for it so now given up contemplating using her as she obviously has professional issues.

I was waiting for this booking form from Melanie before sending the lovely Rochelle her deposit.... so sorry Rochelle for the delay in getting it to you

I'm so sorry that you didn't receive anything from Melanie. Like myself, she does email booking forms over rather than post them. I know that she has recently changed her web domain and hosting service and she's had all sorts of email problems. It might be that they have gone into your junk mail folder? If not and she hasn't sent them over, I will make sure to bring it to her attention and give her a suitably slapped wrist! (It's ok, she's my friend!).

Can you jog my memory KBS as to who you are? I think I know, but just checking! Please pm me if you don't want to say on here
