Depends where you are in South Wales - heard good things about Christine Bradwick (who in addition to hair and make up is apparently a very calming lady to have around!) and also I know a few people in Swansea who've used Brideology http://www.brideology.co.uk/ and all those brides looked lovely too.

This is my first post been viewing the boards for a few months now... so i'm sorry if this loooks like advertising, it's not, this is just the first post i actually could help with! My friend is a hair and make up artist in Cardiff - I've booked her for my wedding I've never had her for a wedding (yet) but we're always asking her to do our make up for a night out and feel fab when she does.

I used her for my make up at my dads weddin glast year so she's tried & tested
