Just bought this beauty for £7.50 from sainsburys as a repository for our cards, and thought I'd share the bargain. They also had half price wicker baskets for £4.00.

I love this. Its such a great idea for the cards. In fact when I saw your post I got all excited as were having a picnic theme and I work in Sainsburys so it would be really cheap for me. I then showed my OH who reminded me we're going to make a post box together. I completely forgot that. Lol. I may have to think up other reasons why I need it.

Yay glad it's useful. I guess you could use it as a seating plan holder, or put treats or favours in it. Or orders of service or perhaps stand a guest book in it with some flowers next to it.

Just got back from shopping and I now have one to. My Sainsburys only had 25% off but with my other discounts I got it for £9.50 which is still good it was also the last one so was lucky i saw your post. I think we'll put it on the buffet table with bags of crisps in.
