    I think I would have rung at 11.30am tbh. Call them again Lumpy, there is really no excuse in making you wait till half 11 as it is. Surely a manager has been in early this morning?

    Called back, they have got it - apparently there was a problem with my phone line. Yeh. And my mobile number? Even though they managed to call me at something past 9 this morning. Tossers. I'll be going to pick it up shortly, writing a strongly worded letter then boycotting that branch, if not the company. Thanks for the replies everyone.

    I'd definitely be complaining, they have made you wait around, do all the chasing and it doesn't even seem like they have been all that apologetic. Strongly worded letter time I reckon. Glad you're getting the money back though.
