Has anyone ever died from a hangover before?

Because I feel really bad.

I can't remember much after my second glass of wine.

I don't think there's any documentary evidence Chook but there's always a first time. Get yourself a packet of salt and vinegar crisps and a King Size Twix and you'll be fiiiine.

I don't think either of you understand. Food won't help.

No. I think I pissed SLD off lots. I met her for a quick glass of wine. I ended up at her house and now I have a coat of hers.

Swift half. Bleugh. I've been sick since starting this.

I have a random bruised elbow and a very sore nose.

Milk Thistle before you go out next time.

& yes to your original question.

Get some cranberry juice too to detox your poor poisioned liver & don't eat anything fatty today.

Well, yes, it's quite easy to die from alcohol poisoning.

But it sounds like you're in no danger that a fried egg sarnie and a litre of Irn Bru couldn't protect you from!

It's a bad day for noses - H's nose is now sore after our Tazmanian Devil Child head butted him. Hopefully yours isn't sore for the same reason!?

Alcohol poisoning, acute liver failure, acute pancreatitis, all well known ways of dying after a big night out.

Hope you feel better soon ?

I think so. I've been asleep but I feel no better. I've been sick three times now.

SLD doesn't hate me so that's good. Apparently we toasted our well adjustedness with champagne, I made us dance in a bar and I refused to get four buses but was ok with the fifth.

Ah champagne, its evil I tell you. I had some very yummy champagne cocktails on Thursday night and yesterday was a bit harsh. Unless it's alcohol poisoning you're unlikely to die from it, but it still won't be pleasant. Try flat coke.

    Mmm..

we had some champagne last night too, to celebrate my repreave from unemployment

I only had a glass or 2 but still ended up waking up in the middle of the night with a raging thirst

Still suffering. Can't eat, even water is bad and the nurofen are all the way downstairs.

    Make it stop.

On the bright side it sounds like 'The Fear' has passed (I always find this is the worst bit)

I went to sleep again and feel a bit better now. It doesn't hurt to blink at least.

I wasn't overly feared this morning - the girl from work that was with us is off for 2 weeks so would forget any stupidness by the time she gets back and I knew Secret could be fixed with an apology ? she was a bit annoyed that I didn't want to get on the buses. Apparently I quite liked the steps we were sitting on.

Sleep helped you say? Hmm, perhaps I should have a nap myself in that case. Feeling pretty ropey after being bridesmaid at my best friends wedding yesterday. Seems I thought champagne, wine, gin & tonic, vodka & red bull, apple sourz and raspberry sambucca was an appropriate combination of drinks. Feeling rather delicate today and as yet haven't moved off the sofa or out of my PJ's.

Have a nap Dinx. It's the only way. Nurofen, small glass of milk and an hour with your eyes shut.

I couldn't read your list of drinks ?

No I have to admit, typing the list didn't really help me. Especially since recalling the drinks also sparked terrible memories of less-than-bridesmaid behaviour.

Not sure if I can sleep, closing my eyes makes my head spin.
