Has anyone seen the plot because I have lost it, again.

ARGH, why can't I just do this. Why is it so fecking hard to just stay within points?! I am so frustrated with myself but just seem inable to tow the line... money is on this week that I will have put on again for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. I have no motivation to exercise either... just waiting for C to hit the sack and then I am going to do an hour but it will have been the first time since last Wednesday and even then I only did 30 minutes of aerobic and not my 30 mins of Yoga too.

    I really feel for you and I know exactly what you mean.

    I am due my 3rd WI tomorrow for WW and am dreading it.

    I know exactly what to do and I know how to do it.

    But can I do it?

    Can I heck!!!!!!!!!

    I don't know whats the matter.

    I'm hoping that with theniceweather looming(hopefully) that it will motivate me to get out and about more.

    I've got my WI tonight, Feb was rubbish for me...just seemed to lose all motivation!

    Have been ill this weekend, so thats the only thing that will have made me lose any weight if I have done! x

    March is a new month.....

    I have the same probs. I was following Paul McKenna and lost 5lbs in a couple of weeks, easy, no restriction etc etc (didn't even do any exercise) but as usual the kids have been poorly AGAIN!!! I am tired from disrupted sleep and I am eating due to feeling fed up, staying awake <insert any other pathetic excuse>

    I have zero motivation and consequently have nearly put it all back on again Smiley sad

    Why can't I stick to it? I tried WW etc and the same thing.....no actually it was worse as I was thinking about food all the time. I need something to perk me up (and some ruddy sleep would be a good start).

    Just a thought but have you considered Simply Filling on WW? I was on Points and then got a little slack with it. Having to go back and re-think what I was eating with SF really helped me re-focus. It is a little trial and error to begin with as it is finding the right balance so you eat enough not to snack. I find it really good now though and it becomes second nature.
