Having issues with quality of picture after upload

Hello I have been trying to upload a picture of my wife and I on the welcome page but it's been resulting in a blurry and stretched picture after upload.

I will be needing some help in the form of advice to enable me navigate this and have a top-notch upload.

    Hi Richard,

    Make sure the photograph you are uploading is a high res image and that it is proportionally the right size - for example, if it's a portrait image for a landscape slot it will get stretched.

    I have the same issue, the image quality is great on desktop mode, but on mobile it's becoming pixelated. How can this be resolved?
