Heart sugar cubes! FLASH

Hey all

I've just ordered 240 of them for my wedding tea party. My colours for the tables are a mix of pastel colours (inspired by my 15 vintage embroidered table cloths!) and these little sugar hearts go perfectly!

Thought it was a good thing to share as I've only found them late with 9 days to go! Got them on ebay - 40 for £1.30 and the lady is handmaking them starting today. How cute! I'm excited!!!

    Ooooh they're lovely!

    I made similar ones by buying plain white sugar cubes and using an icing pen (it comes out like a felt-tip) to draw hearts onto the cubes. Took forever and then we left them at home in the end so they didn't get used!! Might save them for the in-laws wedding anniversary in September, assuming they keep that long...

    Of course I don't mind sharing the link - I wished I'd known about it earlier so wanted to share it with you guys ; )

    The woman was great - can't believe she's hand making and hand dyeing them to order in time for my wedding next week!!
