Help - Football Shirt Table Numbers

Does anyone have any idea where I can get these from?

I need Blackburn Rovers colours (navy & white) and I want a number and a Footballer's name on.

I cannot find anywhere that does them even though there are pictures on the internet and I'm not creative enough to make my own!

Any help would be much appreciated

    I found one but it was discontinued...

    Shouldn't be too hard to design and print?

    I can help if you want them made up - can do a printed version or a shirt shape if you prefer. They can be made to go into stands or free standing if you prefer.
