These are my shoes, the colour matches the sash that will be added to my dress (pic here of the dress on a model - my dress is ivory not white)

What about scouring the charity shops for a pair of shoes of a similar shape, then have a go on them?

I don't know where you're based, but there's a shop in London called Barnett Lawson (http://www.bltrimmings.com/) that has some amazing lace and stuff you could buy

I think because of the patent texture you might not be able to glue stuff onto the shoes, I would be wary of that!

Sorry for hi-jacking your post but I love this idea of pimping your shoes and couldn't resist a shoe flash! I might search for shoe clips for my shoes below- as I'm a bit worried they're not bridal enough (I really liked the idea of having navy blue shoes and these are so lovely but I'm not sure if they go with the dress!):

Maybe you could start with a lacy shoe then added a few pearls/crystals? Less danger of going wrong?

i love this shoe but its just way too high for my bambi legs
