Help me with fancy dress!

We are going to a Fancy Dress party for NYE and the theme is pop stars throughout the ages,

I have no idea who to go as! It has to be recognisable...preferably not spending too much money. I have dark hair and blue eyes.

    I dont want to have to wear something too revealing - there will be kids there too and I;m a bit lumpy - and am likely to be lumpier by NYE!!
