Help! Venues that allow own catering - Birmingham

RomanticGoldConfetti701, 20 of December of 2016 at 11:04 Posted on Planning 0 1

We have decided that we want to have our own catering for our wedding reception but are struggling to find venues which allow own food/alcohol in Birmingham! Trying to keep it all as cheap as possible! Please can anyone help?

I'm trying to remember the ones that allowed own food/drink from when I was looking (before going for having our wedding in Plymouth).

One I remember was Rowheath Pavillion it's just outside of Bournville, old art deco style building with some nice grounds.

There is the Uffculme centre, built for the Cadbury's, but is now owned by the NHS. It's mostly for NHS conferences, but they do do weddings. I think I remember reading they did outside food.

Brum has a lot of lovely old village halls/council owned buildings which are usually cheap and allow outside caterers.

I'm pretty sure that The Bond Company allow own food. It is quite a an unusual venue so it may not necessary be your cup of tea.
