Help with hoop / petticoat / underskirt for David Tutera Mon Cheri wedding dress please!

Hello everyone! Hope you are all ready for Christmas, and good luck to any December brides out there getting hitched in the next couple of weeks!

I'd like some help / advice relating to underskirts / hoops for my wedding dress. There are just so many out there, I just don't know what I need!

Here is a link and image (sorry if it's massive!) to my dress. I'm having the dress altered slightly - having an illusion neckline made so it won't be strapless.. but anyway, that won't affect the underskirt!

Firstly, what's the difference between underskirt, hoop, petticoat?! I don't know which one I need!

Do I need one with hoops or no hoops? Tulle or no tulle?

http://www.glamourousgowns.co.uk/shopdata/gg_blog.php?id=100 I've been browsing this site, and am unsure whether I would need something like Jupon 133, Jupon 168, Jupon 121??

I just haven't a clue! Need help so I can narrow search :-)

Thanks a lot! Any hints / advice appreciated! Or if anyone has this dress, what did you wear?

Not really sure what the difference is to be honest. A hoop if I'm correct is like an underskirt with a hoop sewn into the bottom of it. I think the purpose is to give your dress more shape and to lift the dress fabric away from your legs when you walk, so should be easier to walk in the dress. Maybe you could ask in the dress shop for more advice and you should be able to try them on with your dress too.
