My partner and I are planning a secret mixed sex Civil Partnership within the next month - the problem is, we need two witnesses to attend the registry office to witness us sign the required documentation.
We were under the impression that the registry office staff could act as witness, but we have been told they are not able to do so under law.
We would be ever so grateful if anyone out there living in or around the Stockton On Tees Co. Durham area would volunteer to be our witness.
