Hen Heaven - "hen do specialists"

My friend was a MoH and booked through them and had the same experience, didn't respond to emailers despite numerous chasers, called and never there or person dealing with on email not there and person answering phone didn't have a clue about the booking. Also didn't confirm details of hotel etc until the day they left for the hen. I think it all went alright in the end, just didn't inspire confidence and I overheard many frustrated phonecalls!

I have to say I will never be recommending them to anyone. They do appear to be a bunch of cowboys who will do the bare minimum for their money. It sounds like your friend had a very similar experience. I willl be putting in a formal complaint following the hen do (as they appear not to take it seriously prior to that). Although i dont hold out much hope for it being responded to.

I had hoped to take some of the pressure off the bride to be by organising this for her to enjoy. Ive not told her any of the issues and the additional costs ive borne (not that i can afford it) as i dont want her worrying about it. Cant see me enjoying the hen do as ill just be waiting for something to go wrong ☹️

Oh no, another one of my booked suppliers getting slated - the second one this week! Worrying...

I never used them, but emailed for a quote. Couldn't get rid of them then, they hound you to death!!

You may well be okay. If you have no queries and your party are quite straight forward i expect you will get an adequate service. If youve not encountered any problems yet i think youll be fine so i wouldnt worry. x

Fingers crossed! It's my little sister who's been dealing with them and she's a bit nervous as she's never arranged anything like this before - I hope they don't take advantage.

We've only paid deposits so far and they haven't confirmed any of the details yet other than the hotel. We now have an odd number after someone dropped out so I'm really hoping they don't charge a supplement. I think they did the hard sell on her when she booked, they offered a discount if she booked by a certain day / time etc.

We have just come back from a hen in bath booked with Hen Heaven. We got massively ripped off by them. The few things that were included I could have booked on my mobile for half the price! It cost us £230 each and included one nights stay in a travellodge - some girls sharing 3 to a room!

Looking at the things we did and how much it cost to book directly - Hen Heaven made about £670 on our booking of 10! Which frankly is criminal!!!

Theres no contact email to complain or chase a refund. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a refund? I’m thinking the only card I can play is contacting the papers?? So if anyone else has had a terrible experience maybe a few of us can do it!
