Hen night - How far in advance?

Mine was a month, would have had it closer but I had a murder mystery weekend so really could only do it when they had them on

Mine is two weeks before, I would have liked it to be a bit further away tbh but it's enough time to get rid of the spots that the alcohol will inevitably bring on!

Im having a pre hen hen 3 months before and my proper hen 2 months before! xx

PS May get another one or 2 in before the actual day ??

I had mine 2 months before the wedding. This was the only date we could do when people were available.

Mine is waaaay in advance, im getting married in June next year but 2 of my close friends are also getting married soon before and soon after me so lots of hen parties for my group of friends.

So, we had a chat and decided we'd spread them out a bit to help everyone out with saving up! My hen weekend in Brighton will be October this year (didnt want it any closer to xmas or soon after) and then i will have a local night out a month before the wedding.

I didnt mind having mine early and i think it will work out well for all of us involved ?

Weekend is 6 weeks in advance and the hen night will be 3 weeks

Mine is on the 13th of August and the wedding is the 8th of sept,so about 3 and a half weeks.

Mine will be 4 weeks between my abroad hen do and the wedding, but will plan a local one possibly 2 weeks before.

We are thinking of going abroad, and if we do then it will need to be about 6 months before the wedding! We will do something closer to the time, too, though - I imagine this will just be a night out in town though. I would always aim to do this about 4 weeks in advance of the wedding.

I get married on 23 Dec and my Hen Do (a surprise organised by my MOH and 2 BMs) is on 3 Dec so two weeks before.

Mine is 3 months before. Hen do 23rd March and wedding 23 June. My 30th birthday is in March so having a joint celebration. My OH is having is about 3-4 weeks before the wedding

Mine's 4 weeks before. It was going to be 3 but my Mum forgot and booked George Michael tickets! ?

Girlie hen do sept 17th - work hen do oct 1st- get wed 4th nov

Think mine is going to be about 4 months before the wedding for a weekend in Prague, then a local one closer.

At least 6 weeks to allow any broken bones to heal!

Mine is a long time in advance as there are three major weddings for us next year not to mention our own!!

I am going to London with my very close friends in March

For a seaside weekend with my immediate work colleagues in the April

And a night out in town for everyone!

I was only planning one but lots of people love to celebrate!! x

Mine was two months before. I would have liked to do it a bit closer to the wedding, but loads of my friends are doctors, and we all change jobs in August, and usually don't know our rotas until a few days before we change (oh how I love NHS management!) so it would have made planning a nightmare. It worked out really well though; we had a fantastic weekend.

Weekend hen do is 4 weeks before.

Night out hen do is 2 weeks before.

Mine will be 5 weeks before. It's the only date that my MOH can get with me, due to my work rota. The week before the wedding I'm at a 65th Birthday party.
