Herbal Nytol

Yep - it makes your fingers smell funny!

Seriously though, I used it to help get my sleep patterns back to normal after I'd gone a bit nocturnal at uni and it seemed to work for me. I generally zonked out half an hour after taking one - although this could well have been a placebo effect.

Placebo will do me!

I have some, I'm not sure why, or when i got them. I know they didn't seem to do much when I was jet lagged in America.

I've found that it doesn't work as easily as normal Nytol but it's certainly less groggy waking up in the morning.

I've tried it on planes and it hasn't worked, but the placebo thing might kick in of you were an actual bed and things.

It didn't work for me, I have to take the one-a-night ones.
And they smell funny?

Well it can't hurt to try them again. Sleep isn't coming easily at the moment.

Consuela Banana Hammock - if i had any I would. THe thing is i do have a pot of the Nytol. I have no idea what I would ask a chemist for here.

Did diddly squat for me. Threw them away in the end.

Well, 2 nights of 'erbol nytol = 2 nights decent sleep! hurrah!
