HIB - Alternative Buttonholes

Hi HIBs

I would like some alternative bottonholes for my OH and our parents as we are not having flowers (my bouquet is brooch). I found Love Bouquets but see from their website that they are now fully booked for 2012. Can anyone make something similar to these? This is the style/type of thing we would like:

These are beautiful, I can make something similar, email with some details of colours, materials etc and I will get back with some ideas and prices,
