HIB help please - vase for tulips?

I've found 2 vases I like, but I'm wondering if the shape is ok for tulips? Do they need more support than other flowers and would a vase with straight sides be better (that doesn't flare out)?

Here are the vases. They are 18cm and 20cm tall.

They would be better in a straight vase as they tend to flop unless they are going to be tied. Remember also they continue to grow once they have been cut, so unless they are bunched together tightly they will fall against the sides of the vase.
