Im so rubbish when it comes to hair is back cobing as simple as it sounds? what products do you use for this?

as simple as it sounds!! combing the hair the wrong way to create volume!! i only ever use hairspray to fix it!!!

Is anyone else going for this sort of look ?

I have (at the mo) mid length hair which I plan to keep growing for the next 5 months so it will be longer then, but I am not a fan of the slick and slapped back/tight look on me, and althoug I like my hair down, it tends to go wavy, frizzy and rubbish-looking quickly so I am opting for a tousled up-do! i really like the first pic suggested, I plan to have something similar- a bun or side-bun, volume, with nice pretty bits hanging down around the face (not so keen on them hanging into my neck). Haven't got hair trial til June/July though so time will tell as no idea how my dress looks until it comes and I want to lose weight too which might alter my face.
