    Hi Aimz87

You should be able to move the tables by clicking and dragging them around the area - is this not working for you?

If you click on a guests name, it puts them into the room area, and then you can drag them to an empty seat.

Are you having trouble using this in general or are you getting an error message?

    Thanks!

    Aimee

Does anyone know how to edit what seating chart it is?? It just says ceremony but trying to do it for the wedding breakfast only and if I move people who are not invited to the ceremony, it then invites them

Click on Wedding Breakfast (or whichever event you want the seating plan for) and click 'Settings' (should be around the top right corner). There should be options in there for menus and also seating plan. It took me forever to realise I'd set up my plan for the ceremony and not the Breakfast!!!
    Hope that helps anyway.

How do I set the gender for the icons used on the seating plan? I have some that have appeared, but they are wrong. I don’t see anywhere to fix this using the app or web on my ipad (perhaps its a right-click on the mouse but I don’t see it mentioned anywhere.)

You are best adding a separate event as you can’t change the name ‘Ceremony’. Click the plus sign and then add a new event and name it as you want. You can then tailor all the lists to suit your requirements e.g.: Dietary requirements. You can add your seating plan to this event.

I struggled with that at first, too. To move people, try clicking and dragging their names directly onto the tables. For moving tables themselves, usually you can click on the table and drag it around the planner area. Sometimes it takes a little patience or a specific spot to grab. Hope that helps.

Hi! 😊 Usually, you can move people to tables or move the tables themselves by using the drag-and-drop option. Try clicking and holding the item you want to move, then drag it to the new spot. If that doesn’t work, check the settings or look for a “layout” or “edit mode” option — sometimes you need to enable that first. Amber menu Price 2025 for more detail.

Looks like you’re not the only one finding certain planners tricky! 😊 Just like figuring out that table tool, fans often look for guides to get early insights. I usually check resources like the Crumbl Cookies Spoiler September page, which lays things out clearly in advance—maybe the table planner could use something similar!

You’re definitely not alone—some planners can be confusing! 😄 Kind of like using that table feature for the first time. I usually check things like the Block Blast page for a heads-up—it’s super straightforward. Maybe that planner could take a hint!

It seems many users encounter similar challenges with certain planners. In situations like these, I often turn to preview resources—like the Bitlife Unblocked for September—which present information in a clear, structured way. Perhaps the planner tool could benefit from a comparable format.

Struggling with that planner? You’re in good company! 😅 It reminds me of the first time I messed with that table tool—total mystery. I usually peek at early spoiler pages, like Football bros one, to get a clearer picture. Maybe the planner devs should do the same!

You’re not alone—those planners trip up a lot of people. I find spoiler pages, like the one for Level devil , way easier to follow. Might be time the planner took a page from that playbook.
