If you go in the settings you can then delete the pre populated meals and add your own. If you goggle changeenu on hitched there are a couple of you tube videos on how to do it

I will be honest it is not ideal and we ended up sending emaitto our guests with the options and asked them to reply with choices that we then manually added to a spreadsheet to give to the venue

Under the guest list option i've created three categories, starter/main/dessert. Then when adding guests, I just make sure I have selected all three categories. This has allowed me to put the various options for each of the three courses and seems to work well when I've tested it under the RSVP tab.

Planning tools > Guests > Ceremony > Settings

I've also changed mine so that the menu sits under Wedding Breakfast- it made no sense to me having it with Ceremony!
