Hitched wedding website

Hi there, we're drafting the wedding website using the Hitched app and it's a great function. Before sending it on to everyone my mother has tested it and used her name and my father's. Whilst she can see all the info, she still can't locate their names! I've ensured they're added on the app as guests but not sure what else I might be missing. Has anyone come across this?

    It's a bit twitchy I think! We found if you search with both first name and surname you don't get a match. Try entering just first name?

    Thanks Hilary, she's tried it again for just her first name and just her surname and still doesn't seem to work. Might have to settle on not using that function 😂 thank you though.
