Hi Guys,
Has anyone used the Honeyfund app, if so what are your thoughts?
Not to be presumptuous, but we were thinking that if guests insisted/wanted to get us a wedding gift then a contribution to a honeymoon fund would be marvellous.Also, how do you word this on the invites so as not to be too expectant of receiving a gift, or amI overthinking this!! Thank you 😊

We are setting up a bank account for honeymoon fund, purely because in the current climate you just don't know what will happen so the money is protected and also some of these companies charge the donator a fee, which I just don't agree with. In terms of wording we are going to say something like:
As we have been together for several years and have everything we need for our home your presence on the day is enough. However, if you feel you would like to give us a gift a contribution to our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated. Please let us know if you wish to do this and we will provide you with the bank details for the account. However, we mainly look forward to spending the day celebrating with you
