Honeymoon destinations + pregnancy

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant which is lovely news but it means we have to cancel our honeymoon to Bali due to Zika virus.

Does anyone have any recommendations for lovely places that feel very honeymoon/esque in late July/early August and are pregnancy friendly? I will be 6 months pregnant when we go.
We like to be fairly active and not sit somewhere on a beach for 10 days - two weeks but also appreciate I’ll need more chill time than usual. Any recommendations would be great as I’m currently feeling at a loss and mourning my Bali honeymoon which can no longer be 🏝

Congratulations but also commiserations for Bali. Sicily is absolutely beautiful, so you could still get some of the Bali vibe from it. Plus, the food!! Madeira is also meant to be beautiful, great food there too. (Hmm, think I might be hungry while typing this!)
