Honeymooning in December

So our date is set 26th November 2022, however we are struggling for somewhere nice to go on our honeymoon. My fiancé isn't a HUGE fan of really hot weather, but I love the sun and the pool. He enjoys the pool. Now we've always wanted to try Poland together as I've been on my own about a year ago. But I'd prefer somewhere warm. Any suggestions? Xx
