Honoring bffs not in a bridal party.

Hi all,



I'm still undecided about having bridesmaids but wanted to find a way to honor my bffs at the wedding. I've read articles which have said you can invite them to get ready with you or have a drink before the ceremony. Since I'll be doing my own hair and make up this may be a little redundant so may opt for the latter. I did think since we're getting married in seville it may be nice to present them with a couple of gifts, maybe a Spanish scarf and fan they can use at the ceremony with their initials embroidered on the scarf. Does this sound I've a nice way to honor them? Would you be happy not to be a bridesmaids but to be honored in this way?
