Hoop/no hoop/alternative for this dress?

I think you look beautiful in both pictures. The first picture (with hoop I assume) just gives it that extra flare.

I was in the same position. My seamstress said that my dress with hoop looked better but I felt uncomfortable so will not be wearing the hoop.

My personal preference would be for no hoop, but both look equally beautiful, so it really depends on which one you like best. I would really encourage you to go for whichever one makes you feel most comfortable - you are never going to look your best while feeling uncomfortable. You won't stand or move as confidently, and that is going to have an impact on how you look, especially in pictures.
