House venue

Hi. Trying to plan a small wedding with 30ish guests. Looking to rent a large house for the reception with a DJ, marquee in the garden and a couple of food trucks, rather than the usual formal sit down. Prefer somewhere with a marriage licence but am happy to go somewhere local beforehand. locatiin in the warwickshire/west midlands area. Any recommendations?
