How can you delete and change your events such as Ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception

I did work out how to remove wedding breakfast and evening reception (when you click into the event, go to settings and at the bottom for each there is the remove option, plus in settings you can edit the name and details) - BUT this leaves me just with ceremony and as far as I can see you can't edit that name! As we're having everything in the same place and everyone is invited to it all, I want to simply have an event called "Our Wedding" but it doesn't seem possible.
