How do i add guests to evening list on Hitched website?

Can't find how to add guests to evening reception as well as ceremony?

    When you are in the overview section and click add guest there are tick boxes for Ceremony and Evening. you can then tick the box for evening so this will add to both. similarly, for evening only guests take the tick out of the box for Ceremony. If your guests are already created I am not sure how you can change them, maybe ask in the feedback to hitched group, I ended up deleting and starting again!

    If you go into the evening reception tab it will show only evening guests. Near the top you will see the add guest button, if you click that you can search for a guest you've already added or add a new guest.

    I'm struggling to change guests from ceremony/breakfast/evening to evening reception only, anyway to do this without deleting the guest and starting again?

    As far as I can tell you still can't switch guests attendance after you make the guest, which is very annoying and inconvenient. I ended up using the Bridebook planner app instead as it's much easier on there. Only downside is they don't have a table planner like Hitched do.

    Hello! I do seem to have finally found a way! Maybe a little late for you but if anyone else looking:
    If you click on a specific section eg evening reception then +Guest, you can then add in any that are from your overview.
    You can then send specific messages to each of those lists!

    Thanks for this! I clicked on Add Guest and was able to click the top checkbox to select all guests in one go to add to the wedding breakfast. So glad I didn't have to delete everyone and start from scratch!

    Hi there. I found this thread while searching for a solution for the same problem...but even after reading your thread comments I can't solve how to move the guests from 'Ceremony' into a new combined event I have created. It's infuriating! Can anyone please explain how you move all the guests from one event to another?

    In fact I have edited this to show I have managed somehow to add the new event to every guest but now they are all in two events and I can't see how to get them all out of 'Ceremony'!

    Can anyone help please?

    Hello, is there any way to give access to evening guests without seeing the order of the day etc? im worried if i invite all evening guests to see the whole page they may assume they are invited to the whole day..

    I am thinking of starting again with a different wedding website as this business of not being able to move guests into a new event and having them all in 'Ceremony' is really holding me back. It won't even let me change the name of the 'Ceremony' event which would solve the problem.

    This has become quite stressful now and I've wasted so much time. I have all the guests in two events and I only want one event as all guests are invited for the whole day + evening.

    Any ideas?

    To add guests to your evening list on the Hitched website and include them in both the evening reception and ceremony, log in to your Hitched account and access your wedding dashboard. Look for the "Guest List" or "Manage Guests" option.

    From there, you should be able to add guests and specify whether they are attending the ceremony, evening reception, or both by selecting the appropriate options or checkboxes provided in the guest management interface. If you encounter difficulties, consider reaching out to Hitched's customer support for specific guidance or troubleshooting assistance.
