How do i remove some of the menu options?

Go to your Guest List tab, you will see boxes for Overview and the other parts, Ceremony etc. Click on each part (not Overview but the actual element like Ceremony) and go to settings on the right, you will then get a list of options and one is Track Menu. Untick the green tick. If there is then a List underneath with things in like Chicken, beef etc you can Edit the list and delete them out.

If you then want to add your menu in later you can edit the list and Add List to put your actual menu choices in and re tick track menus
