HOw do yo seal the edge of organza?

docshell, 26 April, 2008 at 10:26 Posted on Planning 0 2

Sewing/overlocking really doesn't work. And it may sound silly but i've had to PVA glue the edge to stop it fraying which you can't see too much but is there another way?

Cheers

Do you mean ribbon, or is it organza fabric? If fabric then a small hem is best. You can iron it in place before you sew to make it easier. You can overlock but you'll need to use a fine fabric needle.

Unless its a hem, the only way is to burn it
