    Thank you. I wasn't confident to order riata and kept saying 'can I have that yogurty dip' - it could have gone wrong.

    It's raita isn't it? And I pronounce it as in paperback writer!

    I saw al-um-nye, but it's one of those words that has various accepted pronounciations.

    and a - lum -ni

    ri and ni to rhyme with high
