How long does a venue quote take?

Hi everyone,


Went to our first venue open day last Sunday and we had pre booked an appointment with them so that whilst we were there we could talk to someone about our ideas and options etc. They said they would draw up a quote and email it over to me, but I still haven’t had anything through.
I have been checking all week and made sure nothing went into my junk box but I have no idea how long I should expect to be waiting.
I guess as it was an open day they could have had a lot of requests and been busy, so is about a week normal?
I thought maybe they took down my email address wrong so I could contact them to make sure, but I don’t want to chase if it’s just me being over eager.
