How long to hear back from registrars?

Hey everyone, I am in Worcestershire and have to book registrar via an online enquiry form on the councils website which I did one month ago...still not heard anything back from them. Anyone else had a timescale similar to hear back or should I be worried? Kind Regards Sarah

    I’m also Worcestershire - booked our venue for May 2023 and put in the enquiry the day we booked (5 days ago) and the council contacted yesterday so super quick reply but it was to say have no registrars in the middle of the day that date. They can do 11.30am or 3pm which are too early and late for our venue and timings so now trying to figure out what to do.
    Hope everyone else has more luck!
