how long to leave stick on stitches on?

I had my contraceptive implant removed on Saturday afternoon and they put 3 of those stick on stitches on it, but they're starting to peel away at the edges.

Any ideas how long I should leave them on for? it's not a huge cut they made, maybe half a cm at most but deep.

    My brother had to leave his on until they dropped off by themselves - not to peel them etc.
