How long will fish keep in the fridge once it has been defrosted?

I have a whole sea bass that we were going to have tonight, but I really don't fancy it. It was put in the fridge from frozen (froze it the day after buying it at farmers market) last night. It's still a bit frozen. I won't be able to have it tomorrow as we are both out, so will it last until Thursday?

Depends how old it was when you bought it, really. Thursday would probably be okay, especially if you weren't having it ultra-simply (in other words, disguise the taste with a ssauce ?).

Thanks SophieM. I think it was pretty fresh when I bought it. The fish stand in the market is run by the fishermen & they usually sell what they have caught that night

I like the sauce idea as a back up though ?
