How much to spend on a hen do?

I have started looking into my hen do, and the big question is how much are people expecting to spend on a hen do?

I have not been on a hen do so have no idea what a 'standard' cost is, how much are yours or any you have been on?

    As little as possible! My theory is that weddings are expensive enough for guests by the time they get an outfit, shoes, hair done, nails done, present, transport, drinks and accommodation so I personally think it's unfair to expect your friends to also fork out a lot of money for your hen do.

    Depends on what your doing but as little as possible always

    I wouldnt spend more than £100 max and it would have to be worth it my planned hen do is a weekend in europe, because of group prices is only £80pp including activities and food but to do just an activity (looked at escape rooms) and have a meal in a sushi place where I live could cost almost the same ? and to me it wouldnt be worth it at all
