I bought these by accident, thinking they were those extra trimmed rashers ?
They're as thick as about 6 rashers and just that main round bit from back bacon. I can't fry them or they'll be dead on the outside before the inside cooks won't they?
Any recipe suggestions?
Has the JO saves our bacon show been discussed yet? Couldn't find anything on search.
I watch all those sorts of programmes and I've never been so sickened as by that castration ☹️
