How to decorate/make use of field at wedding reception site

Hi,

We are having our wedding reception at a local village hall that has an 8 acre field with it. I'm looking for budget friendly ideas of how to decorate and make use of it.

    What about setting up a picnic area (gingham blankets etc) next to a rounders pitch?

    Our budget is 5000, although I don't really want to spend anywhere above 250 to decorate the field
