How would you describe your dress? Include *flashes* if you want!

As title really. How would you describe your dress? Ballgown? Princess? Mermaid? Trumpet? Colum? Feel free to *flash* your dress too! ? I'd say (when it is finished) mine will be an a-line, traditional princess ? Here it is in the before shot: What is YOUR dress? ?

sleek, fitted and swishy...it swishes when I walk. Mine is ivory, not blue like the picture. And I didn't order the bolero, I bought cherrybloom's gorgeous etsy cover up!

I was hoping someone else might have flashed one similar to mine already so I would know how to describe it but no, all the dresses have been so different (and lovely!)

I think I'd call this a mermaid a-line as it's fitted to just under the bum but then has a full skirt.

Mines mermaid/fishtailbut keep having minor wobbles because photos don't show off how lovely the lace is and it I forget lol! I tried on other styles but they just didn't suit my figure and have never been one to keep up with fashions so not too worried if the style is falling out of favour.

Mermaid. I have never been in fashion in 38 years so no reason why I should start now :-)

I'm not sure...the skirt, whilst looks sticky out, isn't really! Layery, ha ha.

BIG. Excuse the dodgy faces... And the fact hat this is the store sample I tried on so it's obviously minuscule and doesn't do up on me... If I do say so myself, I adore the train...

Is this the first flash of your dress? It's beautiful, really beautiful and deserves a thread of its own Smiley smile

These might be huuuge photos, apologies in advance!

My dress reminded me of a big floaty cloud haha!

I loved it, it was very girly (which isn;t usually me!) and was a pretty dress. Now it's all scrunched up in a dress bag at the back of our spare room door. Sad really!

Your dress is so lovely! May I ask where you got your dress from? That place looks really familiar and I cant quite place it...

My first flash of me in mine :-) excuse the pins haven't got any photos except for my fitting today :-)

I would say fishtail with an amazing neckline and lovely elegant back :-)

Dress is still too big and long tho!

Top lace bit is detachable too so can make it look like a sweetheart dress.

This is mine... I would describe it as 'Mermaid, Flowy, Daring and nothing like what I wanted!'

Still freaking out that it is far too different to what I originally thought I wanted. Can't wait to go and try it on again though Smiley smile

I would describe mine as a fitted A-line with lots of lace and buttons. Also quite figure hugging which I didn't expect to go for since I'm still not at my target weight but I've lost a lot so wanted to make the most of it! (Mine is in ivory rather than this oyster colour)
