Do you think you have an eidetic memory?

Theoretically, but more auditory than visual. I remember conversations, song lyrics, etc. I remember things based on what I was listening to at the time, so I always listen to music when I study as it helps me to take it in. I am terrible with directions, but have a strongs de ja vu type thing, in that I automatically realise that I have been somewhere before and think 'Oh, I should go left here' rather than be aware of street names, maps, directions, etc.

Sounds a bit like me. Except I'm horrendously forgetful with short term stuff. I always used to sing in class (very quietly or in my head) or have the radio on when I was doing homework, because it helped me concentrate. It's fun talking to a Mensa lady

I doubt it. I did an online non-official test and got 137 or something, but I take that with a pinch of salt.

What gets you further in life, intelligence or common sense? Is it possible to have both?

Intelligence might land you a better career and therefore more money, but I think that common sense is more important. I like to think I have both.
