That for the next 9 weeks I will:-

cleanse, tone and moisturise every day with my lovely Liz Earle products
take my make-up off every night - and that's all my make-up, not just my mascara
drink 2 litres of water every day
go to the gym at least 3 times a week
exfoliate and moisturise so I'm not lizard bride

You, my fellow Hitchers, are my witnesses to this solemn vow

I shall commit this with a prayer in latin.

Once you start it becomes routine, and you will see the results. I do always take off make up and cleanse and moisturise, I just struggle with the Gym and water bit!
