I have a very naughty bridesmaid

On saturday, I took her shoe shopping. The shoes she chose were £65 and the dyeing will be another £15. She was horrified at the expense but I said it was alright, her dress had been in a sale so she wasnt to worry about the cost of her shoes. I could afford to buy them.

I came home and found a card from her. A gift card. For M&S for half the total amount. Told me to go and treat myself or buy myself a bottle of bubbly and a nice pair of pants, lolol.

I called her and shouted at her, lol. Daft lassie. So, do I put it towards my bridal undies, wedding cake or a few bottles of bubbly which she too can enjoy??

    How sweet! If you could afford them anyway, I'd put it towards some bubbly for you both to share.

    Yeah most likely do that, my shoes didnt cost that much, lol and she knew that bless her.....could afford a right royal picnic on the amount actually and thats maybe what i'll do!

    I'd buy a load of goodies for you do eat and drink when you are getting dressed for the wedding! A Bit of champers and goodies are definately needed! x

    If it were me, I'd buy a load of lovely ready made food, treats and booze and have her round for a pre-wedding girly evening. Mmmm M&S fooooooood.

    Shes just become an aunt which was unexpected and shes going down south this weekend to visit said baby. When she said she couldnt afford to go I reminded her if she hadnt bought the gift card she'd have more money in her pocket! She is a nice/v good pal, have only known her 5 yrs but I made the right choice in asking her!

    I'd buy M&S Chicken Pies and sticky toffee puddings and wafer curls ?. My total favourite things so I'd blow the whole lot on that.

    Oh how lovely of her... such a nice thought.

    The M&S grub and a girly night sounds fun and a good option but I think it might be nice to have a look for your weding underwear or maybe some clothes/bikini for your honeymoon would be nice as you would know she treated you to them. I'm sure she would be pleased to hear how you spend it.

    Just an idea.
