Ice Cream Machine / Cart Hire Liverpool Area

Hiya

We are thinking of having an ice cream (mr whippy) machine or cart or something similar for our reception - can anyone give advice or recommendations of any in liverpool / merseyside / cheshire area?

Hey there

I can't offer any advice re: suppliers up there but we had one for our wedding in Herts and it went down a storm - I think it was one of the highlights. We timed it so it turned up, with chimes going just after our group photos, so it was a lovely surprise for everyone. It was quite difficult getting quotes - we fired off lots of online enquiries and even left our details with the local ice cream man but we only got 2-3 quotes back. Try and decide how you want to pay i.e. X ice creams upfront, plus pay for any extras on the day (we delegated this job to my brother) or X amount for an hours visit...and don't forget to haggle!!!
