    Ginger and lime! Devine!

Also, my other drink of the moment is Fanta Lemon Zero - it's beautiful (though I drink it with Vodka!)

I'm enjoying the passion fruit J20 drink atm, tastes like a cocktail we always get on nights out called miami beach!

Also monster ripper - depending on how you are with caffeine!

I love lemony drinks too and ginger beer but no recipes to share unfortunately!

This is delish! (Although I add gin)....

Peach and mint iced tea (makes 1 litre)

    • 2-3 teabags
    • 1 tin of peach slices in juice
    • Small handful of mint leaves
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • Ice cubes

    Make it:

    1. Brew your tea in a large pot - you'll need to make around 750ml tea
    2. Mash up half of your peach slices and mix with the juice. Finely chop your mint leaves and muddle together with the peach juice and sugar.
    3. Half fill your jug with ice cubes and throw in the mint, juice and remaining peach slices
    4. Pour on your tea and stir thoroughly
    5. Add more ice if needed, otherwise pour into tall glasses over ice

I'm loving cloudy lemonade with fresh mint and lots of ice at the moment. It's has a Mojito type taste but with less faff.

Ice tea? Just brew up a jug of strong fruity tea leave to cool and serve with ice can add some soda water if you like bubbles. (Add sugar or honey to sweeten to taste)
