Is anyone planning on wearing Kate Spade bridal pumps?

I desperately need some help from anyone here who has bought Kate Spade's 'Trista' pumps for their big day.
I recently found out that I need knee surgery within the next two weeks and will have to wear flats for my wedding. I've bought the 'Trista' pumps and I need to know the actual height of the sole as I had my dress fitting in 10cm heels. My seamstress is in the UK and I'm currently in Germany.

Have you tried emailing the company directly? If you explain the reason why you need to know, hopefully someone will be prepared to get out a tape measure for you.
