Is anyone watching 'Britain's Weirdest Phobias' on ITV?

It's absolutely bizarre. The thing is, they do seem to have a reason for the phobia - something that happened to them as a child or whatever. It's very interesting viewing. I mean, I'm no good with heights or spiders or snakes but I can say the words and I can look at photos without bursting into tears.

It's the woman and the peas. Has she said what she think caused it yet?

I'm watching as a sufferer of a weird phobia myself.

I had to turn over. I'm a harsh cow and they were doing my head in. Police Intercepters is on the other side. Some of the phobias, like exposed tree routes from an uprooted tree - how would you even think of this, and how often do you see it? And frogs - I've not seen a frog for a good 10 years!

Just saw the intro with the woman who thought peas were ganging up on her and that was enough!

I don't think so. But I don't know what causes my spider phobia. Probably from my Dad being scared of them ?

When I see one I burst into tears and sometimes throw up, I have passed out before <shiver> I have spider traps all over my house ? But when they catch one I have to get someone to get rid of it, I am stuck in one room until it's gone. It's awful.

But I suppose it's better than being scared of peas!

Im watching it, there are certainly some strange phobias. Personally I am petrfied of people being sick near me and also of being sick myself. I have not been sick for over 15 years and dread to think what will happen when the day comes when it can't be avoided. I think mine is a silly phobia but just can't help it.
